Incorporate breath with movement effectively into your flow as we mindfully explore concentration and meditation throughout the class. Beginner Yoga is geared toward those new to yoga. Establish a fundamental understanding of “mind, body, spirit” into your practice. You might break a sweat, which just means your lymphatic system is working!īe inspired to deepen your mind-body connection while building strength and flexibility. Use some of those basic poses to help you transition and flow from pose to pose. If you've been paying attention to the use of props and modifications I offer, you know you can do this! If Beginner Yoga is 'keeping it real' for you this class will 'take it to the next level' without necessarily making you stand on one arm. Here's your chance to practice what you've learned in Beginner Yoga. Clothing optional is ok if you think you will be cold. *Please note this class takes place at the North Phoenix Location. A beginner to moderate level yoga class that is open to all levels of practice.
